Mike Brizendine
Mike Brizendine holds the position of Head Coach of Virginia Tech men's soccer. In partnership with the NRUSA, Mike serves as the Head Coach of the NRUSA Premier Progam boy's teams.

Matt Gwilliam
Matt Gwilliam holds the position of Assistant Coach of Virginia Tech women's soccer. In partnership with the NRUSA, Matt serves as co-Head Coach of the NRUSA Premier Progam girl's team.

Chugger Adair
Charles "Chugger" Adair holds the position of Associate Head Coach of Virginia Tech women's soccer. In partnership with the NRUSA, Chugger serves as co-Head Coach of the NRUSA Premier Progam girl's team.

• Played professionally for 10 years, including for the MLS L.A. Galaxy
• USSF "A" Coaching License
• Multiple collegiate coaching positions

Erin Crede
Erin Crede has coached for NRUSA for the last 4 years, working with the girls teams ages U13 through U19. She has led her teams to several division championships and multiple tournament wins. In addition, she is in her second year working with the Blacksburg High School Junior Varsity soccer. She led the JV program to an undefeated season last year for only the second time in school history.
