The NRU Academy program is designed to be a stepping stone for players from recreational soccer to Travel Soccer. The program offers four academy’s: U9 Girls, U9 Boys, U10 Girls and U10 Boys. The Academy program provides training to players that are interested in improving their soccer performance on the field and to lay the foundation to improve as a player. The training is focused on the technical and tactical abilities of the individual player.ACADEMY HIGHLIGHTS
· Max 30 players per age group
· Coach to player ratio 1:10
· Practice 90 mins long, twice per week
· Focus on individual technical excellence
· Players coached by professional Licensed coaches
· Small coach to player ratio
